The public site describes SeaCompetence. The exam panel is a login service for authorised users. You must not share accounts or attempt to access another organisation’s data.

Inspection content

Inspection-style exams are simulations aligned with common tanker inspection themes. They are not official OCIMF SIRE 2.0 or CDI materials. SeaCompetence is not affiliated with OCIMF or CDI.

Availability

We aim to keep the panel available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Hosting, maintenance, and force majeure can cause downtime.
